Create an invite

How it works

Build an invitation, share one link, keep one private link. No accounts on either side.

There are three pieces: the invitation you build, the link your guests open, and the private link you keep. That is the whole model, and it is why there is nothing to sign up for.

1. Build the invitation

You need a name, a date, a start time and a time zone. Everything else helps but is optional: an address with a map link, a description for parking and door codes, an end time, a theme. The time zone matters more than people expect. The invite spells the time out in the zone you picked, so a cousin two states over reads "Thursday, November 26 at 4pm EST" instead of guessing.

2. Send one link

When you press the button you land on the organiser page and it shows you two URLs. The guest link is short and safe to paste anywhere. There are one-tap buttons for WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and SMS, a QR code you can print on a card, and a calendar file guests can add so their own phone reminds them the day before.

3. Keep the private link

The second URL is the key to the event. Anyone holding it can edit the details, read the replies and cancel the thing, so treat it like a password. There is no account, which means there is no "forgot my link" email we could send you. Copy it into your notes app or download the text file we offer on that page.

Replies, in detail

A guest picks Going, Maybe or Can't go, types a name, and optionally adds a plus-one count, a note and a dietary line. The dietary line is for you only and never appears on the guest list. Replies are tied to a cookie on the guest's device, so when they come back the form shows what they said and changing it updates the same row instead of making a second one.

Who brings what

Turn on the bring list and you get a set of lines like "a pie" or "ice". A guest taps one, types a name, and the line is theirs. Nobody can take a claimed line, and the person who claimed it can release it from the same device. You can add lines, free a line or delete one from the organiser page at any point.

Secret Santa

Add the names, then mark the pairs who should not draw each other, usually couples and siblings who already buy for one another. Run the draw and each person gets a private link showing one name plus that person's wishlist. The draw is a single loop through everyone, which guarantees nobody draws themselves and no two people draw each other. Change the roster and the draw clears, because a pairing based on an old list is worse than no pairing.

What we do not do

No email, no text messages, no push notifications. A new domain sending bulk mail gets filtered, and asking for your guests' email addresses to do it badly is a poor trade. Your own calendar and your own group chat do the reminding, and they are better at it. We also do not ask your guests to create anything, which is the main reason people reply at all.

Housekeeping

Events and their replies are deleted ninety days after the event date. If the replies matter to you, export the CSV before then. Invitation pages and personal Secret Santa pages are marked noindex, so they stay out of search results.

Try it

Build one now

Takes about a minute. You can delete it later from the organiser page.

Guests see the time in this zone, spelled out, so nobody has to do the math.

Parking, buzzer code, dress code, when it ends, whether kids are welcome.

Theme
Options

You get two links: one to share, one private link to manage the event. Keep the private one.
