What this is
Bringalong is a free tool for making an event invitation page and collecting replies. Using it means accepting what is on this page. If you do not accept it, do not use it.
No account, and what follows from that
You do not register. Control of an event rests entirely with whoever holds its organiser link. You are responsible for keeping that link private. We cannot restore it, transfer an event, or verify that an event belongs to you, because we hold nothing that could prove it.
What you may not do
Do not use the service for anything illegal. Do not publish other people's personal information on an invitation page. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk invitations, to impersonate someone, to host hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or anything promoting violence. Do not attempt to break the rate limits, probe for other people's links, or use automated tools to create events in bulk. We remove content that breaks these rules and block the source, without notice where the content is clearly abusive.
Your content
What you type stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it on the pages the service generates. You confirm you have the right to post what you post, including any names you add to a guest list or a Secret Santa roster.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, free, with no uptime promise. It can be unavailable, lose data, or change without warning. Do not make it the only record of anything you need. If replies matter, export the CSV.
Deletion
Events, replies, bring lists and attached Secret Santa groups are deleted ninety days after the event date. We may also remove content that breaks the rules above, or any event, at our discretion.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a gathering that goes wrong, a reply that does not arrive, a link shared with the wrong person, or data that is lost. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of it affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top moves when they do, and continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. A consumer keeps whatever rights the law of their own country gives them.
